“ Owen and the Global Citizens team are professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to work with. They made the O-1A process easy to understand and streamlined the requirements by automating evidence collection. The entire experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

“ Global Citizens has been invaluable in guiding me through the O1 visa journey. The team meticulously reviewed my background and uncovered multiple strong pieces of evidence that other firms had overlooked. From the very first screening, they provided a highly personalized report outlining my strengths, areas for improvement, and a clear roadmap toward approval. Even before I signed the contract, the team was proactive in identifying opportunities to strengthen my profile and consistently responded quickly and thoughtfully to every question I had along the way. With the help of their network, I was able to secure a judging opportunity at a major hackathon, and a referral and acceptance to a world-class fellowship, helping me fulfill two more criteria for the O1!

“ Jo and her team are lifesavers. After someone on our team received an RFE from another law firm, Jo took the time to walk us through the shortcomings of the filing in a detailed attorney-led video session and laid out a clear strategy for refiling. She also generously advised us on urgent travel questions while we weren’t even her clients. I would trust Jo as an exceptional partner for anyone navigating this process.

“ Jomana’s work on my O-1B petition gave me the confidence to continue with her for my EB-1A. She has a clear specialty in representing creatives, especially animators and artists, and she understands how a creative career can be translated into the specific evidence USCIS looks for under the O-1B and EB-1A standards.

Her approach is genuinely attorney-led. Our process has included meaningful 1:1 conversations, and she stayed directly involved at every step rather than delegating the core strategy. She took the time to do a thorough, hands-on review of my full body of work, then mapped my experience to the EB-1A criteria in a way that felt both accurate and persuasive.

Moving to the United States has been one of the most meaningful steps I have taken for my family and for my artistic career. It has brought stability, momentum, and a real sense of possibility for what I can build next.

Having Jomana as counsel made the process feel supported and well guided, with genuine care for what this move represents.

I trust her legal judgment and value working directly with an attorney who is both highly experienced, energetic, and genuinely invested in her clients’ success.

“ Jomana helped me get my EB-1A, focused on hardware manufacturing, approved after receiving an RFE on an earlier petition filed through another firm.

She invested significant time preparing a well structured and thorough RFE response. She went beyond the evidence I initially provided, took the time to understand my field, and conducted her own research. Throughout the process, she was highly responsive and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed.

One of Jomana’s most distinguishing qualities is her extraordinary ability to tell your story in an EB-1A petition. In my view, this is a critical skill for an immigration attorney. It is essential not only to satisfy the criteria for the visa category, but also to clearly and coherently explain how the applicant has contributed to their field and the impact of those contributions in a way that is easy for an immigration officer to understand.

The way she communicates, the care she takes with each case, and her genuine interest in the well being of her clients and their families greatly reduce the anxiety of the immigration process. She did not treat my case as just another petition, but was fully committed to building the strongest possible case for approval. I could not have asked for a better attorney to handle my EB-1A RFE.

“ Global Citizens has been invaluable in guiding me through my US visa journey. From my initial ESTA to now a B1/B2 visa, they have made the entire process remarkably smooth and straightforward. Their responsiveness has been exceptional. Every email was answered quickly with clear, thoughtful guidance at each step. What impressed me most was how easy they are to communicate with and how genuinely supportive they’ve been throughout. They didn’t just handle the paperwork; they took the time to explain each step and ensure I felt confident about the process. Even the most complex requirements were broken down in a way that made perfect sense. I couldn’t have asked for better guidance through US immigration. Their combination of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients makes all the difference.
